Solution

ProDCIM was deployed on-premise at the NOC with lightweight edge collectors at each site. Power, environmental and connectivity signals from all sites are normalized into a single dashboard with automated alerting. Technicians receive a diagnosed fault and a required-parts list before dispatch. Full event history feeds directly into audit and compliance exports.

Outcome

Field dispatch frequency dropped within 90 days. Compliance reporting that previously required days of manual work is now generated in minutes directly from the audit log.
