The Smart Modular Data Center.
Planned, designed and built in Canada, 0 to 100.
A complete, pre-engineered data centre, power, cooling, NOC and servers in one container, monitored by ProDCIM and engineered as one system. Sovereign by default, and built on Canadian soil.

Why "smart"
Not a container with racks, a data centre that thinks.
A Smart Modular Data Center ships as one engineered system, instrumented end to end and live on the platform from day one.
Intelligent by default
ProDCIM and AI analytics are wired in at the factory. Every zone reports, and anomalies surface before they become outages.
Engineered as one
Power, cooling, NOC and servers are designed together as a single system, not assembled from mismatched parts on site.
Built & tested in Canada
Assembled and burn-in tested on a Canadian line, then shipped ready to run, not drop-shipped from overseas.
Sovereign & remote-first
Operated remotely, able to run fully offline, with your data kept on Canadian soil.
System architecture
Five subsystems, engineered as one.
Power, cooling, compute, monitoring and network are designed together, with ProDCIM watching every layer.
ProDCIM monitors every layer, from the utility feed to the rack
Power
A dual A/B path from the transfer switch to the rack PDU, with dual UPS and battery, N+1, metered at the bus bar.
- ATS
- UPS A/B
- N+1
- Bus-bar metered
Cooling
N+1 cooling sized to the IT load, air, in-row or liquid, with hot/cold-aisle containment built in.
- N+1
- Air / in-row / liquid
- Containment
Compute
Pre-wired racks with A/B PDUs and structured cabling, with room for 40 to 100 kW per rack in the AI pod.
- Pre-wired racks
- A/B PDU
- 40–100 kW
Monitoring
ProDCIM commissioned at the factory, every sensor and circuit reporting from day one across every layer.
- ProDCIM
- Temp · humidity · leak · smoke
- Power · door
Network & security
Secure connectivity with role-based access, audit logging and physical access control.
- Secure VPN
- RBAC
- Audit
- Access control
Inside the build
Every zone, engineered and laid out.
From the cooling condenser to the last server rack, the whole data centre is designed as one continuous layout, before a single panel is cut.

Cooling
Condenser and N+1 cooling sized to the IT load, with hot/cold-aisle containment built in.
Power chain
ATS, main and unit distribution, dual UPS and battery cabinets, an A/B redundant path metered end to end.
NOC
An on-board monitoring station running ProDCIM, with a secure access door and full audit trail.
Server zone
Pre-wired racks with PDUs and sensors, labelled, tested and ready for your IT load.

Canadian by design
Built in Canada, sovereign by design.
For a data centre that holds critical or regulated workloads, where the hardware is built and where the data lives both matter. Prochista keeps both in Canada.

Canadian-built · SOC 2 Type II auditedDesigned & assembled in Canada
Engineering, integration and burn-in done in-country, not drop-shipped from overseas.
Your data stays in Canada
Deployed on-prem or in a Canadian region, your data never has to leave the country.
Sovereign or air-gapped
Run fully offline for defense and critical infrastructure, with ProDCIM on-prem.
Canadian engineering & support
Built and backed by a Canadian team, with parts, spares and a real phone number.
Three form factors
One architecture inside, whatever the size.
Same subsystems, same dashboards, same runbooks, from a single edge rack to a high-density AI pod.
20 / 40 ft drop-in
ISO-spec containers ready to lift onto a pad, power, cooling, fire-suppression and racks pre-wired.
- ISO-spec
- Pre-wired
Single-rack edge
Self-contained 42U enclosure with sealed cooling, monitoring and battery back-up, ships on a pallet.
- 42U
- Palletised
High-density AI
Liquid-cooled, high-density pods for training and inference, 40 to 100 kW per rack.
- Liquid-cooled
- 40–100 kW
Pre-engineered
Things you don't have to spec, source or wire.
Pre-wired sensors
Temperature, humidity, leak, smoke, door and rack-PDU sensors wired from the factory, labelled and tested.
ProDCIM-ready
Commissioned with the ProDCIM platform at the factory, plug in network, sign in, see live data.
Climate-controlled
N+1 cooling sized to the IT load, air, in-row or liquid, depending on density.
Hot / cold aisle
Containment built in, not bolted on, measured separation and predictable air flow.
Remote-first ops
Built to be operated remotely, every fault routes through ProDCIM, every action is auditable.
Rapid deployment
Containers land on a pad and run in days, micro modules unbox and go live the same week.
On the platform
ProDCIM live from day one.
