Every cell, not just the string.
Per-cell voltage and temperature, up to 250 batteries.
Wired daisy-chain battery monitoring probe: per-cell voltage and temperature monitoring for up to 250 batteries on a single controller. Part PCT-EH05DBM0315-PR.
- Per-cell voltage
- Per-cell temperature
- RJ-11 daisy chain
- 2500 V isolation

Up to 250 probes per controller
One probe per battery, one daisy chain.
The PCT-EH05DBM0315 probe mounts directly on each battery and reports voltage and temperature to the Prochista Control Unit over a simple RJ-11 daisy chain. No per-probe wiring runs, no separate gateway per cell.
Voltage + temperature per battery
Each probe reports its cell's real-time voltage (0.1 V on 12/24 V, 0.01 V on 2 V cells) and temperature (1 °C resolution) to the controller, directly, not estimated.
- 0.01–0.1 V
- ±1 °C
- 250-probe string
One cable, 250 nodes
Standard RJ-11 dual daisy-chain bus, with no per-probe home run and no extra switches. Up to 250 probes on one chain, up to 3 m between adjacent probes.
- RJ-11
- 250 max
- 3 m hop
2500 V optical isolation per cell
Every probe is optically isolated from the next, so a single bad cell or wiring fault never propagates into the rest of the string or to the controller.
- 2500 V isolation
- Battery-powered
- 60 mW
Per-cell, not per-string
Six failure modes a bulk meter calls noise.
Bulk-string monitoring sees an average. The Battery Monitor Probe sees every cell, so drift, heat and capacity fade surface as a single ranked alarm instead of hiding in the mean.
Bulk string meter
2.02 V
string average
One number for the whole string. A failing cell hides in the average.
Per-cell probes
Every probe reports its own cell, so the one that's failing is obvious.

Capabilities
Six things that make it a fit for critical DC plant.
Every item is straight from the datasheet, for 24 V, 12 V (-PR) and 2 V (-PRL) cell banks.
Multi-voltage cells
24 V, 12 V (PR) and 2 V (PRL) cell variants, same controller, same monitoring stack.
High-resolution voltage
0.1 V on 12–24 V cells, 0.01 V on 2 V cells, enough to spot drift before a string failure.
Per-cell temperature
Built-in sensor, -30 °C to +70 °C, 1 °C resolution. Catch a degrading cell weeks early.
LED notification per cell
A green/amber/red status LED on each probe gives a tech instant per-cell health, no laptop.
2500 V optical isolation
Every probe optically isolated from the chain, for fault tolerance across the whole string.
Tiny, light, cool
58 × 42 × 24 mm, about 70 g, 60 mW max. Fits on any battery and runs from the cell it monitors.

Installation
A 250-cell string instrumented in a single visit.
The probe is powered from the cell it monitors and reports over the same RJ-11 daisy chain. No separate power, no per-probe IT cable, no string shutdown to install.
1. Clip on
Mount the probe on the battery; wire +/- across the cell terminals (battery-powered, no extra supply).
2. Daisy chain
Loop in and loop out via RJ-11 to the next probe, up to 250 probes back to the Control Unit.
3. Integrate
The Control Unit publishes the full string state over Ethernet: Modbus TCP, SNMP v3 and HTTP, into ProDCIM or any NMS.
4. Act
Per-cell alarms surface in the NOC with the failing cell ID and probe location, not just a string fault.
